BLOW-OUT OF A VALVE. (By Telegraph.—l'ress Association.) Dunedin, August 23. William Clements, who was severely scalded on the hulk Ganymede at Port Chalmers, owing to a safety valve blowing out, died in tho Dunedin Hospital as a result of his injuries:

FALL OVER EMBANKMENT. ' Joseph Bowern, a lad nine years of age, residing in Jackson Street, Brooklyn, fell over an embankment yesterday, and sustained a compound fracture of tho arm. He was admitted to the hospital, where ho is progressing satisfactorily. ■
