NICARAGUA'S WAR-CRY. By Telegram—Press Association—CopyrightManagua, August 22. After capturing Granada, the principal port on tho Lake of Nicaragua, General Juan Estrada inarched at the head of his revolutionary army to the capital, 27 miles distant. Managua fell soon after the arrival of tho insurgent troops, which are now pouring into the, city. Crowds are parading tho streets crying, "Death to the Yankees!" The American Legation and Consulate arc guarded, and tho United, States cruisers Yicksburg and Torktown are at Corinto, the port of Managua. Senor Jose Estrada, who was nominated President by General Madriz before the latter's flight, in a proclamation declares that his brother, General Juan Estrada, is to be Prnsident of a reunited re- ■
