OPENS TO-DAY., ; •The conference of delegates from education boards in New Zealand, arranged at theiinstance of the-Wanganui Board, and having'no connection'with, the. conference forecasted by the: Minister for Education (the Hon. G. Powlds)/ some time ago, will commence its sittings' at- the Wellington Education Board Office this morning.
