NICARAGUA'S RULER RUNS AWAY.

Managua, August 22. Dr. Madriz, de facto President of Nicaragua since President Zelaya fled last year, has resigned, and is himself fleeing with his family to the seaport of Corinto where tho Pacific mail steamers cull.
Before departing from the capital Dr. Madriz nominated Senor Jose Estrada, brother of the leader of the insurgents, as his successor.
Meanwhile tho insurgent army, under General Estrada, is pursuing the fleeing president, and is nearing Managua.
A REVOLUTIONARY VICTORY. : (Rec. August 23, 0.35 a.m.) Managua, August 22. The victory of General Estrada's revolutionary troops is confirmed at Washington. It is stated that the turmoil in Managua amounts to a panic.
