FOSTER FRASER'S CRITICISMS. By I«leKraph-Pross Association—Conyrlghi' . Melbourne, August 22. Speaking at the commercial travellers' dinner, Sir. Fisher, Federal Prime Minister, complained of Mr. Foster Fraser's criticisms of Australians, lie said mat too many persons came hero for a few weeks- aud then thought they knew all about it.
Referring to the Navigation Bill now before the Federal Senate, he said. its provisions for the safety of human liie were unexcelled by similar legislation. There should also be wireless installation on , all ships carrying passengers.
