August 23, . 0.35 a.m.) Teheran, August 22., The Russian Government has protested stroiigly against the action of the Turkish force at Bayazid in Armenia in crossing the Persian frontier, and remaining ten miles within Persian territory after killing a. number of Persian guards. \
Correspondents state that the Turks, for two years past, have been administering considerable tracts of Persia northward and southward of the town of Urumiah on the lake of that name in the province of Azerbaijan.
