.ACTION TAKEN AT HAWERA.: ' ': (By. Telegraph.—Press Association.) Hawera, August 20. . The .• second .'Cow-testing Association in the-Dominion has been formed by Hawera district dairy farmers. A meeting was convened,at Kaupokonui, and the Chief' Dairy Commissioner, Mr. D; Cuddie, addressed: those present as to the value of cow-testing, and gave particulars; how the 'work was carried on in Denmark.
