The "Journal do 'Bruxelles" reports that the Kasni Company is suing tho Government for £600,000 as .damages on the ground that a decree of -March 22 deprives it ■of its exclusivo rights in the Crown Domain'lands, which rights it had possessed for thirty years by a convention with the Congo Free State.
