AN ARGENTINE ESTIMATE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Buenos Ayres, August 16. The Ministry of Agriculture in Argentina gives the following estimates of the world's wheat crop:— Metric Tons. Great Britain ; 1,700,000 Austro-Hungary 6,900,000 I'ranci! 7,800,000 .Italy 1,000,000 Germany 4,000,000 ■ United , States 17^500,000 Canada 2,950,000 Argentina 4,200,000 Australasia 2,100,000 Porsia; 18,500,000 Asia ' 11,700,000 The estimate of the crop from all centres is 93,700,000 metric tons, compared with 86,500,000 last year.
