CUSTOMS REVENUE PLEDGED. By l'eleEraipa—Press Association—Copyright. Constantinople, August 15. It is reported that the 'Constantinople Customs revenue is being pledged as security for the six million loan that is being raised in Paris at 4 per cent. The loan will be issued in October at 88|.
