RULES.'. . All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. The winner of any race, after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of Gib., of two or more races 101b., provided that any horse handicapped at Sst. 101b. and over will carry only half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Hurdle, Steeplechase and AVelter Races.
