TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Mulligatawny' soup. Boiled mutton. ' . Caper sauce. Carrots. Turnips. Lemon pie. LEMON PIE. . One tablespoonful of cornflower, ono . breakfast-cupful of boiling water, one tablespoonful of butter, one tcacupful of sugar, two eggs, one large grated lemon, rind and juice. Mix the-cornflower in u. little cold water, pour tho bailing water on to it, stirring well, return to _ the saucepan, and stir until it boils. Then add the butter and sugar, the gated lemon rind and the juice. Take off the fire, let it cool a little, and add the weil-beaten eggs. Line the rim and a little of the sides of a' pie dish with good paste. Pour in the mixture and bake until tho pastry is cooked. FOR TO-MORROW. Liquor the mutton'is boiled in, ono ox tail, - pickled walnuts, vegetable npirrow, suet, jani. ■ .
