LODGE MEETING.
The weekly session of the Pioneer Lodge, No.' 11, 1.0. G.T., was held on Monday, evening in the Rechabite Chambers/ -Bro. R. Reid, C.T., presided over a good attendance of members and visitors. An : invitation. from the "Star of Wellington'' Lodge to , conduct an ' open meeting on September 1. in St. Peter's Mission,Tatanalu. Street, was accepted. A letter,of sympathy was sent to Sister and Bro.'Adams in-their recent bereavement. After "recess,-the sisters officered the lodge, and provided an enjoyable programme of music./ Songs were, rendered by Sisters-D. Pctherick (encore), .Collins, Jt. v Hyde, , Mrs.. Fefcherick, and a : duet by Sistere'Petherick rnd Barrett. Sister Clark (Auckland) contributed a piano solo, and Sister. Pepper ,; a '; recitation. Refreshments were supplied during the evening. Several: addresses .and,- votes _of thanks brought a most successful entertainment to a close. > ■•. ■
