The lock-out at the German shipbuilding yards west of Danzig on the Baltic is complete, and thirty-five thousand men are idle. ;. The' employers declare that they have ample time 'to fulfil all their contracts and they desire a long and decisive fight. Ships needing repairs are crossing to the British yards, and work on several German battleships has been suspended.
