V Wanganui, August 15. ;: In the course of liis monthly report.t* the Education Board the chief inspectoi draws attention to the. nasal twnns;-which he says has become only too prevalent in our primary schools. , If an antidote to this vocal disorder cannot be provided by our schools it will not bo found .anywhere, and the impurity, will become a national characteristic to our national detriment. It would be well to invite the co-operation of teachers in nn endeavour to eliminate the habit. The board decided to omraiarise teachens. ■."■".-•
