MANY CASES IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. London, August 12. Twenty additional cases of ptomaine poisoning from eating pork pies are reported from Wrexham, in Wales. One case has resulted fatally. (Rec. August 14, 5.5 p.m.). London, August 13. Thirteen cases of ptomaine poisoning have occurrod at Castle Bromwich. They are attributed to ice cream. One of the sufferers is dead. Forty eases of ptomaine poisoning are reported from St. Helens. It -is alleged that the cause has been traced to corned beef.
