Kkkc&ldk & States, Limited. FLOWERS AND TRIMMINGS. A record flower season seems to bo the general opinion as regards Millinery Trimming. Roses, in the small and 'medium varieties, are expected to predominate. . i It is anticipated . that small field flowers will bo most in demand, while Marguerites, Wistaria, Sweet Pea, Snowball, May, Cornflowers, Hyacinths, Lilacs,' Stock/ Cow-slip, Forget-me-nots, Baby Roses, Poppies, Hydrangeas, Lily-of-the-valley, and flowers of this class will bo greatly used; and mixed with these flowers will be seen ornamental and coloured tints. On the Spring Models flowers are seen in profusion. Fruits, such as Cherries, Grapes, Berries, etc., are also much used. TULLES. Tulles in all shades, with black predominating, are also largely in evidence as trimming. Some of the models have swathings of mixed colours, showing in bows and technique incidental to the expert milliner. Some of the hats are entirely covered with black tulle. In some instances hats are trimmed with an inter-mixture of tulle and ribbon, producing an appreciably pleasant combination. THE NEW COLOURS. Graphites (slate blues), Silene (mulberry), and Aubo Pino (wine stains) are in strong 'evidence, and Electric Blue, Myrtil (prunollo shades), Sphinx (improved aeroplane), . and; Light Pastel Tints, with .-'Copenhagen Blue are' amongst, the favourites.
