A recent London wedding of interest to New Zealanders was that of Miss Muriel Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson, of Christchurch, to Lieutenant J. A. A. Morris, R.N., son' pf Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Morris, of Pailton House, Kugby, which took place :at St. Margaret's, Westminster, on June 18. The death occurred last week of Mrs. Brett, the wife of Mr. R. B. Brett, of tho New Zealand Press Agency, who is a cousin of. Mr. Henry Brett, of Auckland. A funeral service was held at St. Paul's Church, Herne Hill, on Saturday morning,' and the interment took place at Eastings,. Mrs. Brett's native town, in the ufternoon. Mr. Percy Brett, her younger son, is due to arrive from New Zealand this.week. ■ . . ,'.
