F.'Allen) as an enthusiastic member of the Canterbury Industrial Association, was also present. The Exhibitions Bill, which has been introduced by the.Minister for Labour, was unanimously approved. ;' . ' A statement of the finances of tho association, was read by tho . secretary, showing assets £177:165. 9d. (including £107 10s. od. on fixed deposit, and £G2 outstanding subscriptions), and-liabili-ties £6. -.- " A report of a visit to the municipal electrical power-house by a committee of the association was read, and the committee was accorded a vote of thanks. ■
