LIVER AND BACON A LA FRANCAISE. . : Cut-some neat slices of cnlvb's liver, lny them in a greased baking tin, put a. layer of forcemeat on each slice, and a slice ot nice bacon on the forcemeat. Pour round half a cup of water, and bake in a moderate oven until the liver is cooked (about half an hour), placing tho dish at tho bottom of the oven as the liver requires more cooking than tho'bacon, lake up the liver, thicken tho gravy with α-littlo-flour dredged in, season to taste, and pour round the liver.' • .FOR TO-MOKROW. ■-.
