The next best dispatch for Canada, United States of America, and West Indies will be-via Karotoiiga; Tahiti, and Sau Francisco, closing at Wellington, per Mokoia, -Friday, August 12, at 10 a.m. All books aud sample-packets aud newspapers for places within the Dominion must bo posted half an hour before tho ordinary letter-mail clo6cs. Unless otherwise specilled, i<sgistered letters and parcels-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained one hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes. All the principal mails by train and 6teamer close at Tc Aro and Courtenay Place Post Offices at the same hours as at the Chief Post Office,'with the exception that tliero is no late-fee clearance.
