The cargo of the ship Kynance, from Newcastle, which has been wrecked near Tocapilla, in Chile, is washing ashore. Tho Cavalier Lauro, which was reported also to have been wrecked on the Chilian coast during the storm, has arrived at 'Tocapilla. - .
