Sfermy weather on the west coast of Soutn America %vrecked three sailing vessels, including tlie Kynance, a steel ship' of 1964 tons, bailt at Glasgow in 1895, and tho Cavalier Lauro, from Newcastle, Australia. The wrecks occurred near Tocopilla, Chile. It .is possible tbsfc both vessels may be refloated., STORM-TOSSED VESSEL AEEIVES. (Eeo. August 3, 8.35 p.m.) Sydney, August 3. Th« Polotas, bound to Sydney, has put into, Newcastle' short of provisions after a stormy passage'of forty days. The'vesser was off Newcastle a week ago, but contrary win<3s drove her north.
