Libby and M'Neill, of Chicago, to supply 1,000,0001b, of corned meat for tho highest contract price ever given. v ■ CHANCE FOR AUSTRALASIA. London, August 2. The War Office is inviting tenders, to close on November 9, for 412,500 twelveounce tins of meat, and for C 8.750 twenty-four-ounce tins, delivery to bo rnudo in January' and I'ebruary.
