EXPLANATION TO CONFUTE HIS , ENEMIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyrigM. (Rec. August 2, 10.30 p.m.) London, August 2. Tho "Doily Mail's" Ne\v York correspondent reports that Mr. John D. Rockefeller's have ordered him to take whisky baths, owing to his lowered vitality. Mr. Kockefeller rises at daybreak for the purpose. The multi-millionaire's enemies had bitterly assailed him until the extraordinary consumption of whisky was explained.
