At 3.30 yesterday 3irs. Henry addressed a women's muss mealing at the Drill Hall, Petoue, on (he '"white-ribbon" movement, jlrs. Rouse, president of the local W.C.T.U., presided. There was a good attendance, the hall being twothirds full, and several ladies signified their intention of joining the local organisation. The hall was packed.for tho evening imselim;, - when Dr. Henry spok-s on "Lot's Choice." Mr. Potts rendered two solo?. At Hid f.loso a number of professions were made. ,
