'■■;'■■■ '' .■' Two lb. neck of. mutton, 2 quarts of '"•• rater, 1 turnip,; 2. carrots,-2 onions, 2oz. .pearl barley, chopped.parsley, 2 tablcfpobnfuh of salt, a little pepper. . Cut thb meat into' tiny pieces, ' and ihe . vegetables into small square pieces. Put'the meat, vegetables, pearl barley, ' and water into a. saucepan, and simmer for three hours.- Season and add the parsley 'just before serving. : .;'/ FOR TO-MOEKOW. •.- One head of,celery. .
