The Primo Minister, Mr. Asquith, in the House of Commons, said tho Veto Conference had carofully surveyed a largo part of the field of controversy, and tho discussion had so progressed that members of the conference considered it necessary that tho deliberations should continue.,. Ho added that there was no question' of indefinite continuance; if an agreement was unlikely, an announcement would bo made.
