Two meetings of tho executive of tho New .Zealand State Currency Association' Wore hold last week to prepare a Parliamentary campaign.' In the event of the Hon. J. Rigg's motion to set up a banking committee in : the Upper House being carried, • witnesses in support of a paper currency will bo in attendance from all centres of the Dominion; Auckland, Dunodin, and Christchurch having been written to on .tho subject. A long list of Wellington witnesses, from which advocates will bo selected, was drawn up, and copies of tin, Australian Notes Bill and further information on . this measure have'been sent.for.-
