TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially uritteu for The Dominion.) Roast.shoulder of mutton, boned and stuffed. Baked potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Arrowroot pudding'. ■■ Stewed fruit. SUNDAY. Vegetable soup. Roast 'sirloin of beef. Horseradish sauce. Potatoes. Baked parsnips. . Fig pudding. Milk pudding. FOB SUPPER, Cold beef. Ox tongue. Salad. Lemon sponge. Cheese Cakes. ' LEMON SPONGE. Half oz. gelatine, 1 pint of water; 2 thinly-pared lemons, rind and juice, to taste, whites of 2 eggs. Soak th° gelatine in the water, .then dissolve over the fire with the sugar and' lemons. Boil gently 5 minutes, strain, and leave until setting, thc-n add' the stiffly-whipped whites of 2 eggs. Whisk until it becomes the consistency of sponge. Put it lightly into a glass dish. ■ ' ■ •
