TRUST FUND FOR PENSIONS. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Melbourne, July 29.' , In the Federal House of Representatives, the Loan Act Repeal Bill passed its Committee stage. ' - A Bill to appropriate £3,500,000 'to create a trust fund for old age pension's passed through'all its stages., Mr.-Fisher, the Prime Minister, explained that the Bill would relieve Parliament of' all trouble about pensions for about two years to come. ■ ■ . '
