WALES AND ITS PRINCE.

A movement is in progress to secure King George's consent to tho ceremonial investiture of the Prince of Wales at either Carnarvon or Cardiff in 1911. It is hoped in influential quarters that there will bo ultimate unanimity in favour of Carnarvon.
