FINLAND'S LOST FREEDOM.
EDITORS ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oonyriclit. St. Petersburg, July 28. The Governor-General of Finland has ordered the prosecution of twenty newspapers which have been urging tho Finnish Diet to refuse to discuss tho selection of four members to represent Finland in tho Russian Duma, in accordance with the provisions of the new Finland Bill recently carried into law in Russia.
