OUSTING A BOARD MEMBER.

—r-4— COLLIERS' UNSUCCESSFUL MOVE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Uec. July 28, 0.20 p.m.) Sydney, July 28. The State Industrial Court has dismissed the application of the Colliery Employees' Federation for the dissolution of the Northern Collieries' Wages Board. The President of tho Court, in giving judgment, said it was admitted that the whole object of the application was to get rid of Mr. Paterson, the employees' representative. • He had come to tho conclusion that a sufficient case had not been made out to justify him in holding an investigation into Patcrson's conduct in order to find out whether he was incapable or had been guilty of misconduct and prevarication, as alleged.
