The Court of Appeal- at Leipzig has quashed the conviction of Leslie Clark, "tharged with having obtained bills from ?rince Joseph of Braganza in return for (Torthless, shares,' and sentenced therefor to two years' imprisonment. A. retrial has been ordered.
