READY FOR OPENING.
BLACKBALL-NGAHERE RAILWAY
On Monday, August 1 (says our Greymouth correspondent), the first regular passenger train will leave Blackball for Ngahore at 7.25 a.m., thus constituting the Blackball line an integral part of our working railway system. A stationmaster will be in charge at Blackball, which is four miles from-Ngahcre, and 18 miles from Greymouth, and the coal, instead of being forwarded by aerial train to Nftahere, will be railed direct from the mine.
