Bd.; butter sales, £28,092 Is. 3d.; butter iin transit, J219 125.; butter in store, ',£1756 135.; and butter on hand, .£34 13s. STRATFORD. " The report, presented at the annual meeting of shareholders of tho Stratford Dairy Company showed that during the (jear ending' May'3l,' 1910, 50,556,3221b5. •of milk had been received from 221 suppliers at an average test of 3.83. From that 1,343,2221b5. (about COO tons) of butter had been manufactured. • It took 22.741b.. of milk to made lib. .of butter, the overrun being 14.7. The figures for the previous season -were:-28,053,9731b5. of milk from 222' suppliers, ab an average test of 3.87, and 1,261,7471b5.
