H. Monro, late of Resolution Bay. On account of. Mr. R. Morris Roberts, 598 acres lease-in-perpetuity, Seddon, with 900 sheep, horses, implements, etc., as a going concern, to Mr. James Costello, of Seddon. On account of Mr. John Muir,1370 acres small grazing run, Flaxbourne, with 1600 sheep, etc., as a going concern, to Mr. R. M'. Roberts. On account nf Mr. E. E. Bell, Section 4, Block £11, Township of Seddon, 1 rood 7 perches, lease-in-perpetuity, with dwelling, stable, and other buildings, to Mrs. V. Casey, of Seddon. Also the following sales through their'Picton agent:—On account of Mrs. H Thompson, Para, 70 acres freehold, with 20 cows, 30 sheep, etc., as a going concern, to Mr. A. B. Clemens, of Picton. On account of Mrs. A. L&ndall, 165 acr-rs freehold, 678 acres small grazing run, and reserve of 90 acres at Dieft'enbafck; Point, Queen Charlotte Sound, -with 400 - sheep, etc., to* Mr. Harvey Turner, of Pid.on. On account, of Mr. W. Hortoni <143 acre?, "Te Pangu," Native Reserve, with 200 eheep, as a going concern, to Mr. H. Eebberley, Picton! There is a fair deznaiid for pastoral properties.
