POSSIBLE CANADIAN MARKET. Mr. M., C. Dahl, the manager of the dairy produce department of Messrs.-Wed-del and Co., of London, who is now touring New-Zealand,' said ill* a speech at Leeston that .the name of New Zealand produce at' Home stood at the top of the tree. He had-handled a=godd' many ; thousands of pounds' worth, and had always handled- it with the greatest pleasure. He loould assure the farmers of the Dominion that they were in for very good times. The demand for New Zealand butter and cheese at Homo was>unlimited,: and the nest ten years would see times of immense benefit'to the Dominion." Years ago he used to handle a great deal of Canadian butter, but last year not-a single.bos through his hand's. The population of Canada was increasing, and he believed that the time was not far distant when .Canada would be taking butter and cheese • from New Zealand.' The United States was'sending no. dairy ' produoe to Great" Britain. would be more demand at Home in the future for 3tfew Zealand dairy produce, and • the .prices, he believed, would continue to be good. *
