V The man whom Mr. Georgo Kebbell, the lawyer,. described in April as the murderer, aud whom ho said he believed to be an'lrishman; educated as a doctor, who had died in prison w : hile undergoing a sentence.of ten years', penal servitude, has come to light. He has been visited by Dr. Forbes Winslow, the well-known expert in medical diseases, Who a few days ago'stated his belief that the real murderer was in Australia.. ... .- . The man will make, a statement -before the' Bow Street magistrates to-day that he was not connected with the "Jack the Ripper" murders, and will deny having mutilated the woman, for which, he was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. He will add that the' authors •of the outrage were'hooligans who had attacked him. .' '..'■''.'
