Tho grounds of the application were Patorson's alleged ' incompetency and misconduct, and that the award was likely to bo one-sided. Tho action is the culmination of many requests, both verbal and written, for Patcrson's resignation, all of which woro refused. After hearing the, application Judge Hoydon adjourned the case, saying that probably ho would not want to hear tho other''side.
