The directors recommend payment of a dividend at the rate of G per cent, on fully paid up shares, and that a bonus of one penny l>er lb. for butter-fat should be paid to shareholders. That will bring the amount paid to suppliers up to 10id. per lb. Generally speaking, prospects for- dairying next season arc exceedingly bright. /
