SETTLERS WANTED.
VICTORIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICTS. By Telegraph—Preea Association—Copyright. London, July 22. Messrs. MTCenzio (Victorian Minister for Lands) and Mead (irrigation expert), who aro in Britain with the object of securing people for the Victorian irrigation settlements, are at present visiting the West of England. They addressed good meetings at Plymouth and Bristol, where they met many desirable settlers. There were poor attendances at the meetings at Taunton and Exeter, the Canadian agents having cleared the district. Mr. Mead ig confident they will obtain the requisite number of emigrants.
