WORLD'S CROPS.
AN OPTIMISTIC REVIEW. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright: London, July 21. Colonel Mayhew, of Mark Mayhcw, Limited, reports as follows:—"The latest wheat prospects in Argentina are quite favourable; there is an increased acreage in Austria; it will be the best crop seen for many years in France; in Germany tlie good weather should assure satisfactory crops; Hungary's crop should be good; in India it will be one of the best crops on record; and in Roumania very good. The United States' crop will be below that of 1902In Britain.! expect a good yield."
