The widow, Mrs. Nesbit, claimed ,£3OO compensation from the cempany employing her. husband, and the County Court awarde'd her ,£3OO compensation, holding that in the circumstances the death was within the Workmen's Compensation Act, as the murder was romir.itted during decease J'? employment.
