A telegram received by the Union Company states that the Mapourika arrived 'at Greymouth yesterday morning,- and was fixed to sail at 8 p.m. on the return journey to Westport, Nelson, and Wellington. DARTFORD AT SAN FRANCISCO. According to advico received by the Union Company, the training ship Dortford arrived at San Francisco on Tuesday last, July 19. Sho left Newcastle ou April 9. INDRANI FROM NEW YORK. The A. and A. liner Indrani left Launceston for Auckland yesterday in continuation of her voyage from New York'to New Zealand ports. MARERE DUE SYDNEY. Messrs. W. M. Bannatyne and Co., local agents for ihe Tyser Line, advise that the Marere is now expected here on Sunday next from London via ports, Auckland, and Napier. DELPHIC AT LONDON. A cable received by the local agent 3 for the Shaw, Saviil and Albion Company States that tho cargo steamer Delphic, which left Wellington on June 4 for London, arrived at her destination on Wednesday morning, July 20. THE RAKAIA. Some delay has been, occasioncd to the Rakaia at Sydney by the big storm, but sho is expected to leave to-day for New Zealand ports with the balance of her Montreal cqrgo. She is due at Wellington on August 1. Departure of the Nairnshire for Lyttelton has been fixed for 10 o'clock this morning. The Government steamer Hinemoa is to leave Bluff this morning for Macquarie Islands. Sho will be away about eight days. Mr. J. S. Scott, late of the Taritutu, has joined the Nairnshire as fourth officer in place of Mr. W. A. Beasley. Mr. Young has joined the Ennerdale as chief engineer in place of Mr. Black. Captain Cox. of the Ennerdale. arid Mr. Black, chief engineer of the same vessel, arrived from the south by the Mararoa yesterday morning. Thoy will probably ieave for Londou next week by the Ruapehu in order to purchase for the Maoriiand Steamship Co. a steamer to replace the wrecked Lauderdale. Dr. C. G. Kemp, surgeon of the Nairnshire, signed off tho vessel's articles at Wellington yesterday. In yesterday's issue we stated that Mr. J. M'Ardle was second engineer of the Karamea. We now understand that Mr. W. Crowe-Goode is second engineer of the Karama.
