CHINESE PIRATES.
PORTUGUESE CLEAN OUT MACAO. By Telegraph—Presd Association—Copyright. (Rec. July 21, 10.50 p.m.) Peking, July 21. The Portuguese at Macao have captured 24 more Chinese pirates. They have liberated 16 prisoners, and have garrisoned Colowan with 100 Europeans.
