In the State Legislative Assembly, the vote of no-coniidence in the Government, moved by the Leader, of the Opposition, was defeated by 38 votes to 20. The voting was on purely party lines. SUPERANNUATION. . Sydney, July 21. The State Government has announced a compulsory scheme of superannuation for railway and tramway employees. WAR TROPHIES BANNED. _ ■ Adelaide, July 21. Mr. J. Verran, Premier of the New South Australian Labour Ministry, has promised to have trophies of arms captured in the Boer War, and now exhibited at the entrance of public buildings, put out of sight.
