PERTH EMPLOYEES STOP WORK. By Telegrapli—Press Association—Oopyrielii(Rec. July 21, 9.5 p.m.) Perth, July 21. The city tramway employees have ceased work as a protest against the Arbitration award. They demand, an advance, on the rate fixed by the Arbitration Court. The London directors of the company have replied that as the men appealed to the Arbitration Court they must abide by its decision. One hundred and twenty men are affected. (Rec.
