The balanco of the sitting and the early, part of the evening ■ were devoted to the consideration of .Ministerial replies given to questions put by members. Later .the " Half-holiday for (diners Bill Was read a second time, and after an interesting discussion the Legislature Reform Bill was advanced to a ' fcimilar stage.
